A leading  Residential Custom Home Builder is seeking a  Project Manager/Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build custom high end homes homes and renovations. Many projects in the pipeline. This position is mostly an in the field position overseeing subcrontractors and assuring project accuracy.  If you are a  Project Manager / Superintendent  who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpass client expectations, let's talk.
Project Man ager / Superintendent 5 years experience as a Residential Project Manager / Superintendent Must have high-end custom ground up Residential Building Experence Must have high-end residential renovation and remodel experience Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently.
