Major/Essential Functions The Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) program links specialist teams at TTUHSC with specialty care teams and other healthcare professionals in local communities. Together, they participate in TeleECHO clinics, which are like virtual grand rounds, combined with mentoring and patient case presentations. This lifelong learning and guided practice model is revolutionizing health professional education and increases workforce capacity to provide best-practice specialty care and reduce health disparities. The ECHO Program Coordinator works with a dynamic team to plan and implement ECHO educational activities and ECHO clinics. The individual is responsible for facilitating the flow of information between program faculty, remote participants, and a variety of local, regional, national, and international stakeholders, as well as stimulating interest in and developing programming and services of ECHO. The Program Coordinator intersects with all day-to-day activities of the ECHO program including planning, implementing, and evaluating project activities.
-In collaboration with the ECHO team members, help develop, plan, implement, and evaluate ECHO educational and clinical activities to enhance the knowledge base of specialty providers through connection to other specialty providers.
-Coordinate the logistics and programmatic aspects of program development and implementation, including scheduling and marketing of ECHO series and supporting the ECHO Team.
-Liaise with continuing education colleagues for CME and CNE accreditation of curriculum.
-Coordinate activities and facilitate meetings with a variety of individuals from within TTUHSC, community agencies, state agencies, healthcare organizations, as well as higher education, healthcare, and government agencies in other states.
-Facilitate operational meetings of the ECHO Team.
-Assist with needs assessments, analyzing results, and incorporating into program planning.
-Attend and monitor ECHO clinics and educational sessions; monitor HIPAA compliance, oversee collection and distribution of case presentations.
-Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide limited technical support to remote sites and/or coordinate with the systems coordinators for advanced technical support and to ensure connectivity for all ECHO sites.
-Oversee and participate in iECHO data organization, entry, and resource management, including gathering evaluation data related to the specific ECHO clinic and funder and enter into iECHO system after each ECHO clinic.
-Participate in MetaECHO annual conferences and regular activities as the TTUHSC representative. Occasional Duties

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with databases and data management.Experience with project-related technologies including telehealth/telemedicine, mHealth and/or distance education technologies.Grant experience, research interest and collaborations with rural communities.Experience with Project ECHO.Experience with continuing education, healthcare, and/or in an academic health care setting.
