Role Overview:
As a Workday Product Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, configure Workday modules, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and customize Workday modules to align with business processes.
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate functionality.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
Partner with internal teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Stay updated on Workday best practices and industry trends.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or other Workday modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
