Role Overview:
As a Solutions Architect at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding our customers' needs and aligning them with innovative solutions from Pure Storage and our ecosystem partners. You'll collaborate closely with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to deliver seamless customer experiences, driving revenue growth and fostering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses and their decision-making processes.
- Connect technology solutions, including Pure Storage's portfolio, to measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic customer strategies.
- Advocate for Pure Storage solutions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Refine sales strategies and take ownership of technical responsibilities.
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to secure business wins.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
- Contribute to RFI & RFP responses and lead technical discussions.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications:
- Creative mindset, empathy, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Previous pre-sales experience required.
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, or communications.
- Deep understanding of storage architectures and technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux, NFS file systems, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
USD $133,000.00 - USD $200,200.00 per year. Additionally, this role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
