Pm On-Site Staffing Supervisor

Job Description
Onin Staffing's On-Site Supervisor will work between the local branch office and our client's facility in Elizabethtown, KY to assist with overseeing the staffing operation as a liaison between our client, our teammates and our servicing branch. This is a 2 pm to 11 pm position, Monday through Friday and rotating weekends, with starting compensation of $39K to $41K, depending upon relevant experience.

High level of organization Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with teammates Trained on payroll for their specific site Supervise check in process and end of shift paperwork Builds strong relationships with client by understanding the business and staffing needs to create solutions Monitors attendance and manages teammates through coaching, counseling, motivating, termination, and investigating Respond to teammates in a timely manner Maintains teammate recognition and retention programs Keep an open line of communication regarding order status Onin Staffing is among the top two percent of domestic staffing companies in sales volume and feature the most sophisticated staffing industry technology and hiring practices available today. Work Experience Additional Skills and Qualifications
Staffing and/or recruiting experience preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision Ability to identify and execute appropriate actions to resolve issues Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner Benefits • Weekly pay
