• Comply with ATC and client facility policies• Develop and evaluate patient's plan of care• Accurately document services provided• Establish goals based on patient's level of functioning• Maintain patient confidentiality• Communicate effectively with appropriate personnel• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function• Plan for patient's discharge• Provide non-judgmental and culturally appropriate care• Participate in continuing education programs
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school• Current, unrestricted license or registration to practice physical therapy• At least one year of physical therapist experience• Current CPR certification• Ability to work in various client facility settings• Compliance with ethical and professional standards
