Job Responsibilities: Enter payroll data for 250 employees Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees Process New Hire Onboarding Respond to questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor Maintain payroll files and scan archived timesheets Maintain I9 files Requirements: · Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
