Through telehealth services, we are able to reach those in need, when and where they need it.Job SummaryBrave Health is seeking a full-time Partner Success Specialist within the Partnership team to process new patient referrals from partners and share timely updates using multiple platforms and digital tools. ResponsibilitiesProcess 50-125 new patient referrals each day, creating or updating new patient accounts.Perform accurate data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and various web-based portals.Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate data and patient successEnsure the integrity and security of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demandContribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences Qualifications:Experience working in Salesforce or other complex CRMTech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environmentHigh level of organizational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detailHealthcare experience not required but a plus
