Position Title: Outside Insurance Sales Associate
As an Outside Insurance Sales Associate with our company, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers, serving as a trusted advisor in the realm of home and auto insurance. You'll leverage your expertise to pinpoint gaps in insurance coverage and offer tailored solutions, ensuring our clients lead lives well protected.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates typically possess:
Sales Experience: Preferably 2+ years in sales, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships effectively.
Emotional Intelligence: Aptitude for understanding and meeting the needs of others.
Independence and Accountability: Self-motivated, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications or degrees in business disciplines are advantageous.
Desired, but not Required:
Insurance Licensing: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
Professional Certifications: Such as a Professional Sales certificate.
Business Degree: A degree in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
