Responsibilities
• Identify key decision makers and promote program benefits• Support new store openings through outbound prospecting• Solicit new business from existing customers and targeted segments• Achieve daily call goals and track customer interactions• Send customer referrals to franchise and corporate stores• Coordinate between customers, ownership groups, and sales coaching team• Attend and participate in sales meetings• Stay updated with training and product knowledge
Requirements
• Associates degree in Business or Marketing• Minimum 1-3 years inside/phone sales experience• Working understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite• Experience in sales/customer service technology• Excellent prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills• Ability to calculate algebraic expressions, percentages, ratios, and measurements• Excellent communication skills with pleasant and professional tone of voice• Passion for finding the right solution for the customer• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Highly motivated with minimal supervisory direction• Ability to communicate effectively using oral and written means• Process-oriented and able to follow directions• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting project timelines
