Responsibilities
• Performs sales and customer services at a retail window• Maintains inventory and sells various products/services• Accepts and delivers packages and accountable mail• Handles customer claims and inquiries, provides information• Provides assistance in product selection, offers special promotions• Provides product and service information to customers• Processes customer purchases and returns• Maintains appearance of retail lobby, troubleshoots equipment• Conducts product inventories and reports discrepancies• Distributes and handles mail and other related duties
Requirements
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people• Basic mathematical computations• Ability to work independently and follow instructions• Ability to gather and use information, demonstrate initiative• Ability to perform job duties safely• Successful completion of Virtual Entry Assessment CS• Completion of prescribed training and examination
