Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with managing the loan administration process, assessing operational risks, and coordinating tactical execution and day-to-day operations for managing loans and mortgage-backed security (MBS) pool transactions, as well as monitor customer (lenders, services, and internal partners) performance. The Operations - Operations Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations for managing loans and MBS pool transactions. Adhere to firm guidelines and controls to mitigate operational and financial risk. Participate in loan management activities that support business unit goals. Prepare resources to support loan management workflow. Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experience Bachelor degree or equivalent 0-2 years of related experience  Excellent customer service experience, including direct engagement with internal and external customers Must have Microsoft Office experience including an extended understanding of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) Analytical experience where you can discuss specific times where you individually reviewed, extracted and manipulated available data leading to identifying gaps and/or variables enabling the team to make improvements Has experience reviewing and understanding mortgage documents Works independently as well as being an excellent team member An individual who demonstrates proactivity and initiative Additional Information The future is what you make it to be.
