Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an entry-level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the efficient production and distribution of our products. Responsibilities:- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment- Collaborate with team members to fulfill production goals and deliver high-quality products to customers- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement- Support other departments as needed to ensure overall operational success

Requirements:- Strong planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with diverse teams- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
