Opc: Community Marketing Executive

Capital Vacations strives for the best! We believe in the power of creating memories, adventures, bonds, stories, and moments for all of our owners and guests.  Earning potential up to $400 per tour, and monthly sales bonuses!  Purpose The role of a Community Marketing Agent is to provide information about the surrounding area to guests, while giving opportunities for qualifying individuals  to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations and all the vacations benefits we provide. 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Oversee several OPC locations. Managerial Responsibilities (i.e., scheduling, rotation, conduct interviews, quality assurance)Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital VacationsServes as the first point of contact for guestsEnjoys discussing vacationMust be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customersMaintains an accurate record and customer logResponsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guestsJob Requirements Education: High School Diploma/GEDSkills and Abilities: 3-5 years of OPC Management experience is preferred, not requiredAbility to maintain production standardsAbility to overcome objectionsAbility to work independently or as a team with a driven work ethicMust be energetic and outgoingBenefits: Extremely Competitive Compensation with weekly pay Bonus Opportunity Medical Dental Vision 401k PTO Travel Discounts Employee Perks Discounts Unlimited room for career growth Shift: Flexible
