Responsibilities: Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy Training staff to follow restaurant procedures Maintaining safety and food quality standards Keeping customers happy and handling complaints Organizing schedules Keeping track of employees' hours with the partnership of the general manager Ordering food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations Supervising daily shift operations and cover for staff that has called out or on vacation, as needed Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to the general manager Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels Plus other work related tasks as needed Qualifications:
Minimum of one to three years in restaurant operations and/or management, required; Customer service focused; A desire and enthusiasm for their client daily Relationship-focused: Due to the location of the restaurant in the HOA clubhouse, a lot of the restaurant visitors are regulars Winner: GrandManors has a winning culture and is second to none Pay and Benefits: $18.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
