Job Description:

Supervalu is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with navigating our online platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and placing orders.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.2. Strong people management skills and ability to empathize with customers.3. Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using online support tools and customer relationship management software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
