Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a qualified Online Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online customers. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with online booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with the website or mobile app.4. Communicate effectively with customers via chat, email, or phone.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.5. Experience using online booking systems and customer support software.6.
