Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Western Refining is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Support Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing support to our online operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online platforms promptly and professionally.2. Assist customers with technical issues related to our online services.3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.4. Monitor online reviews and feedback, escalating issues as necessary.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.7. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the online support function.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online support.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively.4. Excellent time management skills.5. Confidence in dealing with various customer situations.6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
