Job Description:
Corning is looking for a motivated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level role, the Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with sales inquiries.2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through online chat interactions.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Follow company guidelines and policies regarding customer confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.4. Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude.5. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms.
