Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Tesoro in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat support. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, orders, and general questions- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for online chat support- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet established performance metrics and targets for quality and productivity
Requirements:- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Project management experience to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency- Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role- Proficiency in using online chat software and customer service platforms- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
