Job Description:

AutoZone is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. The Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support to customers through various online channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Oversee all aspects of online customer support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online customer support team- Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues- A track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
