Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Waste Management in San Antonio, Texas. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who provide assistance to our online customers. This position is part-time, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement customer support procedures and policies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address these issues- Coordinate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to communicate customer needs and improve the online customer experience- Create reports and analyze data to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support and implement changes as necessary

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Resourceful and hardworking personality traits- Excellent presentation skills and project management abilities- Proven track record of managing a team and meeting customer satisfaction goals- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively- Proficient in using customer support software and analyzing data to drive decision-making- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
