Job Description:
Amphenol is seeking a detail-oriented Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess personality traits such as resilience and motivation.
Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support through various channels including email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical support- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent decision-making skills in high-pressure situations- Resilient personality with a positive attitude towards challenging situations- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
