Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Airgas in San Francisco, California. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and ensure the success of customer accounts through online platforms, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to customers- Monitor customer activity and engagement on online platforms, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Requirements:- Driven and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred- Experience with online customer engagement platforms and CRM systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
