Job Description:C3.ai is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support to our online users, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Provide technical support for online platform users- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Assist in creating and updating online help resources for customers- Work with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and implement necessary changes- Utilize data to analyze customer service trends and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently- Experience using customer service software or online platforms- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure- Knowledge of online customer service best practices- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
