Job Description:As an Online Customer Service Assistant at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online users. You will work closely with customers to resolve any issues, answer inquiries, and provide support through various online channels. Your resourcefulness and high energy will be key in addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Provide information on products and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer complaints.3. Manage and prioritize customer requests in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer needs.5. Assist in developing and maintaining customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency.6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers.2. Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.3. Energetic and enthusiastic approach to providing exceptional customer service.4. Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.6. People management skills and ability to work well in a team environment.7. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
