Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Netskope in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Conduct research to identify customer needs and provide solutions- Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies- Collaborate with management to improve customer care processes and procedures- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent research skills to quickly find information and solutions- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Experience in online customer care is a plus
