Online Customer Care Representative

Burlington Stores is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to cooperate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with online orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Process orders and deliveries accurately in our online system- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light at all times

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and hardworking with a commitment to excellence- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary
