Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role and possess excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional service to our online customers. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document customer interactions and maintain updated customer records- Implement customer feedback to improve our products and services- Identify customer trends and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in customer service or support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong presentation and planning skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools- Experience with CRM systems is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
