As an Online Contact Center Representative at Whirlpool in New York City, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product information. You will be an essential part of our customer service team, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
