Job Description:

As an Online Contact Center Representative at Whirlpool in New York City, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product information. You will be an essential part of our customer service team, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Process customer orders and provide order status updates- Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on Whirlpool products and services

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
