Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the Online Contact Center Officer will be responsible for various online customer service duties, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to online inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.2. Assist customers with online transactions, account issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.3. Monitor and manage online communication channels, including emails, chat, and social media.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures.5. Collaborate with team members to improve online customer service strategies and processes.6. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.7. Demonstrate confidence and motivation in all interactions with clients.8. Manage customer relationships effectively by demonstrating empathy and understanding.9. Work with people management skills to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional customer service.10. Adhere to all company protocols and guidelines for handling confidential customer information.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service or contact center operations.3. Confident and motivated personality traits.4. Strong time management skills.5. Excellent people management skills.6. Knowledge of online communication channels and customer service best practices.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms.9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
