Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and social media platforms- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Provide support and guidance to clients on using our online services and products- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment- Knowledge of online marketing trends and strategies
