Job Description:
As an Online Client Service Representative at Edison International in Dallas, Texas, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our online clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients who have questions or concerns about our products and services. You will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with their online orders, account management, and general inquiries- Troubleshoot any technical difficulties clients may experience when using our website- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve department goals and objectives- Provide feedback to management on client needs and potential areas for improvement
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment- Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
