As the Online Chat Support Manager at Deere, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat support team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and support.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of online chat support representatives to provide timely and accurate assistance to customers- Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards- Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive efficiency- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback on customer pain points and continuously improve the chat support process- Train and onboard new chat support representatives to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service- Track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to upper management

Requirements:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in online chat support or customer service management- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
