Job Description:We are looking for an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at LKQ in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and entry level, with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats- Provide information about products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues- Update customer account information as needed- Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Independent and motivated personality traits- Strong negotiation and time management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
