Instacart is seeking an experienced and motivated Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time, Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them reach their full potential- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role- Motivated and independent personality traits- Strong teamwork and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
