Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and energetic Online Call Center Associate to join our team at S&P Global in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints.2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to callers, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions.3. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.4. Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in our system.5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Meet and exceed individual performance metrics and goals set by the company.7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software systems quickly.5. Available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.6. Comfortable with remote work flexibility and use of virtual call center technology.7. Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.8. Must be confident and able to remain calm under pressure.
