Job Description:As a Client Support Representative at GitLab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and technical problems- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns- Document all client interactions and follow up on open issues- Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve complex client issues- Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on client experiences
Requirements:- Demonstrated dedication and adaptability in a client-facing role- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
