How You Will Contribute:
As a New Home Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships throughout their home-building journey. Your guidance and expertise will be instrumental in educating customers and setting expectations for a successful new home build.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout the home building/buying process.
- Meet potential buyers or investors on their lot to guide them through the requirements for building a Simplicity Home.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Engage in ongoing sales training and collaboration with the local sales team.
- Present quarterly business plans to builder partners to achieve sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary $42,000 - $52,000 plus commission.
- Income Earning Potential: $85,000 - $100,000
