• Proactively approach and engage with shoppers in warehouse stores to generate interest in custom organization products• Utilize effective sales techniques to qualify potential leads and gather essential information• Lead a team of lead generation workers in multiple locations• Provide training and mentorship for new team members• Maintain high standards for lead quality• Keep detailed records of leads generated and provide performance reports
Requirements
• Experience in lead generation, with a focus on in-person interactions• Strong sales and communication skills• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with potential customers• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed• Must have a car for minimal travel
