Motorcycle Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and directing a commissioned sales team to meet dealership sales goals and objectives while creating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure efficient and profitable operation of Sales department that meets company expectations Ensure an adequate number of trained salespeople are available and on duty during hours of operation Arrange training and scheduling for all Sales department staff Review the previous day's customer summary sheet with each salesperson to evaluate daily Performance Address performance successes and shortcomings as necessary Approve motorcycle sales Ensure used motorcycles purchased or taken as trade are valued at a fair market price Ordering of new and purchase of used units Ensure that all units new and used are repaired, reconditioned or setup for sale Ensure that all merchandise in the department is displayed properly and that general housekeeping is done on an ongoing basis Ensure that the dealership's desired product mix is available at all times Abide by and enforce all dealership policies pertaining to the department Project a positive and professional image at all times Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees Ensure contracts in transit are flowing properly Maintain Business office status and employees Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole Required Skills and Qualifications: Computer Literate Energetic and self-motivated Able to motivate a commissioned salesforce Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven leadership abilities High School Diploma or equivalent 1 years' experience as a sales manager in powersports Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, plus additional optional benefits 401k plus company match Paid time off Ongoing training Employee discounts Referral program If you are looking for an exciting career, look no further…APPLY NOW!
