Grow your career as a Metrics Reporting Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/University degree.
10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology focused on metrics build out and reporting.
Experienced hands-on IT professional skilled in designing, implementing and running an effective metrics reporting function to deliver on the various metrics reporting needs with agility, accuracy and consistency.
Proficient in developing charts and graphs to visually represent the data and metrics for Executive friendly presentations and/or communications.
Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets to design and develop metrics and/or reports and associated elements including standard data definitions, data flow process including inputs, outputs, frequency, etc.
Demonstrated ability and desire to meaningfully interpret data and draw out Executive friendly insights for Senior Stakeholders.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities to deliver high quality and timely work.
Desired Skills & Experience Process mapping, consulting, audit skills.
Financial services and regulatory reporting experience.
US Financial Regulatory reporting process understanding.
Technology/Data Management/Information Systems certification.
Experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit.
What You Will Be Doing Develop a strong understanding of the Consent Order plan, milestone linkages and inter dependencies and develop a robust metrics reporting function to cater to the Consent order metrics reporting needs for Executive Forums, Regulatory Reporting and key internal meetings.
Establish appropriate checks and balances and controls to ensure that the data being reported out is consistent and accurate.
Lead the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include regulators and senior internal clients.
Establish a robust process and mechanisms to store the data used for metrics reporting to support any future audit and/or regulatory queries.
Develop and maintain an inventory of all the metrics reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of quality metrics. This may include developing key messages and talking points for speakers.
Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
Partner, collaborate and work with other areas within the company, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions.
Influence diverse stakeholders at various levels of seniority without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate response and sense of urgency.
