Job Description:

Providing daily math tutoring sessions for multiple class periods, both in-person and remotely.
Collaborating to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
Managing student data to track progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
Maintaining attendance records and monitoring academic performance.
Building strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the community.
Participating in weekly feedback sessions, professional development workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Member Duties:
Delivering high-dosage, high-impact tutoring sessions usingConnect, our online learning platform.
Communicating regularly with parents/guardians via email, text, or phone to provide updates on student progress.
Troubleshooting technology issues and providing support as needed.
Developing student incentives and support systems to foster motivation and engagement.
Collaborating with the Site Director and school staff to support overall student success.
Assisting with additional duties as assigned.
