Responsibilities
• Deliver and complete store and team training programs• Schedule and coordinate New Member training• Support the completion of New Member Connections• Facilitate team-specific operational training• Train Team Members on customer service standards and new products• Maintain training records and engage with communication platforms
Requirements
• 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience or equivalent retail training• Ability to lift 50 pounds• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team• Passion for high-quality foods and Whole Foods Market's mission
