Responsibilities
• Coordinate, facilitate, and measure training activities• Track performance and provide retraining and process improvement opportunities• Report on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance• Create and communicate driver safety bulletins• Create new training content to address skill gaps and mitigate risks• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards• Support equipment standard work within a node• Work different shifts and travel to other sites• Drive, load/unload a truck as scheduled• Follow DOT/FMCSA rules and record keeping
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)• Previous yard driver/yard hostler experience at Amazon or equivalent• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience in the last 10 years• At least 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office• Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours• Able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently• Flexible schedule/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays• At least 21 years of age• Valid and active USA state driver's license
