Marketplace Project Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Earth City, MO : Marketplace Project Specialist Super Bright LEDs is seeking a Marketplace Project Specialist whose primary responsibilities will revolve around planning, executing, and closing projects related to our online marketplaces. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working Monday-Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor progress against project plans and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure that project documentation is organized, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect the latest project developments. Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference. Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that all parties are informed of project status, changes, and key decisions. Regularly update team members on project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in marketplace project management.
