Key Skills: Database or Data Engineer with experience in Databricks (PySpark, Spark, Python) Building out ETL process and pipeline Data Management Advanced SQL skills Leading meetings and presenting to business stakeholders Will need a blended experience of Analysis and Engineering Alteryx experience would be a PLUS Duties: Understanding Databricks platform capabilities and how to apply, improve and expand those capabilities to our datasets. Work with large datasets, performing data collection, extraction, manipulation and aggregation. Develop and maintain data models to support data sales, analysis, reporting and custom projects. Implement data cleansing processes to improve data quality. Engage with stakeholders to assess business needs and understand how analytics affects the broader business, bridging the gap between data insights and business stakeholders with regular and clear communication. Understand business problems brought by stakeholders and how best to apply data analytics and problem-solving skills to develop appropriate solutions. Build domain knowledge to support your responsibilities and oversight. Required Skills: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; operates well with ambiguity. Proven ability to collaborate with others, establish working relationships, and communicate effectively within a large corporate matrix environment Experience with SQL, Relational Models, Hadoop, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, Python. Experience with Databricks Platform. Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions and leverage technology Education: 5+ years relevant work experience in healthcare advanced analytics. Bachelor s degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
