Ronzone of Texas in Leader, TX is looking to hire a Marketing Strategist! This position receives competitive pay and has the opportunity to work from home . The typical schedule is 30 - 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with occasional hours needed on weekends. It will be a hybrid schedule: some in-office meetings with the owners, taking photos, and mainly working from home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy/Public Relations
Is a subject matter expert (SME) and stays current with marketing and social media trends Is also a SME on our brands and can successfully tell our story through social media and marketing activities Stays aware of how similar businesses are marketing their companies and ensures our efforts are current and competitive Regularly proposes new ideas; provides new methods of marketing and can tell us where we should be focusing our attention as times change Identifies, researches, and compares advertising opportunities; makes proposals taking into consideration the ROI Works with location managers to create and implement marketing offers (specials, LTO offerings, etc.) Looks for and coordinates community involvement opportunities and local events (sponsorships, Spirit Nights, local special events). Coordinates logistics, generate buzz and ensure key audiences are engaged. Oversees Social Media and Graphics
Take photos and videos to use on our website and social media, ensuring they portray the item correctly (match to menu description, garnish, etc.) and are visually appealing. Engage customers with regular text message and email marketing Maintain our websites and all social media pages and platforms: Includes facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Yelp, billboards Make frequent posts; ensures a regular content calendar Ensure all information is always up to date and accurate (hours, menu, pricing, specials, etc.) Refresh the look/add new pictures and graphics frequently Interact with general public and respond to posts/comments/reviews Promote our businesses by posting in other facebook groups Create graphics for social media posts, print ads, billboard advertising, posters, etc. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of social media management experience Associates Degree with an emphasis on digital marketing and/or photography Previous experience doing digital marketing for a restaurant is preferred If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today with our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application !
