Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, have strong leadership skills, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement- Manage all digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Lead and mentor junior team members in the digital marketing department

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
