Develop and execute strategic communication plans for our executives and internal teams, reporting to Insight's Director of Global Brand and Communications. Create impactful messaging that aligns with Insight's brand and vision while splitting your time between dedicated coverage for one or more of Insight's C-suite leaders and day-to-day internal communications efforts. Make an impact on our company's success with your communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic communication plans and initiatives for Insight's C-suite leaders, including speeches, presentations, and other content.Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute internal communication campaigns and initiatives that align with Insight's overall business objectives and ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator.Write and edit various forms of communication, including emails, newsletters, intranet content and other internal and external communications.Support the development of messaging and positioning for Insight's key initiatives and programs.Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, team members and external partners.Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform communication strategies.Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and effective.Work closely with the executive administrative professionals to manage speaking engagements for some of Insight's C-suite leaders.Exemplify Insight's core values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony in all aspects of the role, including leading by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with C-suite executives and developing communication strategies for internal or external audiences.Knowledge of communication best practices and experience creating content for internal and external audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools and platforms.The base salary range for this position is typically $70,000 to $75,000 with benefits.
